Working as part of a troupe is demanding and requires special skills in both performance technique and team spirit and awareness. There is no room in a troupe for one star to shine, a troupe works as a collective, with each member working at once independently and as a contingent. Several factors are essential for tight, cohesive troupe work...cooperation, dedication, self sacrifice, anticipation of fellow troupe members' moves, spatial awareness, etc, and much more.
